COVID-19 Entry Policy
Here at The Caribou Room we are concerned about health and well being of our of our patrons. We will continue to follow all county, state and federal COVID guidelines. Currently, all mandates have been lifted so we will no longer require masks or proof of COVID vaccination. All service employees will continue to wear masks and we encourage all patrons when not actively eating or drinking to wear a mask also (surgical masks will be available at the door for free). We ask that everyone be kind to others and if you are feeling at all unwell please chose to stay home.

GENERAL POLICIES
ALL AGES SHOWS
All guests under 18 need to be under parent or guardian supervision throughout the entire show. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, with the focus of the safety of all our guests in mind. We offer complimentary earplugs for hearing protection at the bar.
16 + ID
Current State issued IDs and Passports are the ONLY acceptable forms of ID. Temporary, school, expired or military ID’s are NOT accepted. False or altered ID’s will be confiscated and turned into authorities and patron will be denied entry.
BAGS
Patrons may bring a small personal item such as a purse. Backpacks and larger bags can be left in coat check or your vehicle.
CAMERAS
Prior permission is required for any video, photography or audio recording.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Outside food and drink are not allowed. The Caribou Room has an outstanding kitchen and two nicely stocked bars. We've got the food, craft cocktails, and locally sourced beers to complete your Caribou Room experience.
REFUNDS
Refunds or exchanges after purchase are not allowed.
DRESS CODE
No shoes, no shirt? No fun for you!
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. We have an outside smoking area patrons may use.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
Please email info@thecaribouroom.com for any special needs seating. The Caribou Room is an ADA compliant facility, and we make every effort to accommodate all individuals with special needs.
